On October 21, 2026, the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUBA) hosted the final conference for participants of the Erasmus+ project "The BRIDGE." The event took place within the framework of the international scientific and technical forum "Architecture, Construction, Design: Technologies, Management, Resources." It was dedicated to summarizing the collaborative work and discussing outcomes aimed at bridging the gap between university education and the needs of the construction industry.

Participants from Ukraine, Slovakia, Italy, Poland, and Germany presented the project’s developments and exchanged experiences regarding the modernization of professional training for the construction sector. Key topics included the integration of BIM technologies into the educational process, the development of digital and "green" competencies, the updating of educational programs to meet labor market demands, and the strengthening of cooperation between higher education institutions and employers.

Special attention was given to professional standards and micro-credentials, the improvement of teaching methodologies, and the application of digital tools in construction and architectural design. Presentations highlighted current trends in the industry—ranging from the use of BIM in professional training to the automation of design processes through modern technologies, such as MCP servers.

The final conference served as an opportunity to consolidate the results of this international collaboration and outline possibilities for their future application in both educational and professional contexts. The approaches developed within the framework of The BRIDGE project will contribute to the advancement of construction education, focusing on the industry's digital transformation, principles of sustainable development, and the current demands of employers.
