On April 9, 2024, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Prydniprovia State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture and the Ukrainian office of the international company VEC (headquartered in California) as part of the international project “The BRIDGE,” under the Erasmus+ program “Capacity Building in Higher Education. The document was signed by Vladyslav DANISHEVSKY, Chairman of the reorganization committee of the PSCA, and Anna VASILENKO, Director of VEC-UA.

VEC is one of the world leaders in building information modeling (BIM). BIM technologies allow creating complex virtual prototypes of buildings, checking and evaluating design solutions, and finding their best options. The result: maximum construction quality at minimum costs and project risks.

The nearest plans include lectures and master classes from VEC specialists for students, internships and internships for students at VEC, competitions for term papers and diploma papers, and the arrangement of a modern BIM modeling laboratory at the academy.
