Within the framework of the international educational project ERASMUS+ The Bridge "Bridging the gap between university and industry", based on the results of studying at the University of Sannio in the city of Benevento (Italy), Associate Professor of the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation Viktoriya Konovalyuk shared her experience with students of the Faculty of Engineering Systems and Ecology, the Faculties of Architecture and Construction.
During lectures on the subjects "Engineering Equipment of Buildings and Structures" for students of groups АРХ-21-1а, АРХ-21-1б, АРХ-21-2а, АРХ-21-2б, АРХ-21-3а, АРХ-21-3б, АРХ-21-4а, АРХ-21-4б, АРХ-21-5, АРХ-21-6, АРХ-21-7, АРХ-21-8; "Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation" for students of groups PCB-23-4, PCB-23-5, PCB-23-6, PCB-23-7(d) and "Microclimate Formation Systems for Various Purposes of Premises" for students of groups TE-22-1 and TEs-23, which took place from 04/22/25 to 04/28/25, provided information on the features of energy-efficient building engineering in the European Union countries and directly in Italy.
Students were introduced to the experience of designing building engineering systems according to (nZEB) and (ZEB) standards and the features of using modeling tools: BIM (Building Information Modeling) and BEM (Building Energy Model), as well as the functionality of the program for comprehensive energy efficiency analysis "TerMus-PLUS".
Information is provided regarding the specialized professional program "Building and Architectural Information Modeling, BIM Process Management", which is planned to be introduced at the KNUBA at the second (master's) level in the specialty G19 "Construction and Civil Engineering".
